3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book an appointment for yourself. A parent or legal guardian may book on behalf of a minor. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Appointments

• Appointments are for online video consultations unless otherwise stated.
• Slots are subject to doctor availability and confirmation after successful payment.
• You must join the consultation at the scheduled time using the link shared with you.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Payments

• Consultation fees are displayed before payment and charged at the time of booking.
• Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateway partners.
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate patient name and contact details at booking
• Use the platform only for lawful healthcare appointment purposes
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems
• Respect doctors and support staff during consultations and communications
• Attend scheduled appointments or cancel according to our refund policy

7. Medical disclaimer

HighCare Health Services Private Limited is a technology platform that connects patients with healthcare professionals. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment directly. Online consultations are not a substitute for emergency care — in a medical emergency, call emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HighCare Health Services Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including delays, technical failures, or actions of third-party doctors or payment providers.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms, policies, and your use of our website and services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Without prejudice to the above, applicable laws of the State of Karnataka shall govern matters arising within the state where our registered office is located.
