We offer various membership plans providing access to healthcare services, consultations, and medical coverage. Specific benefits and coverage limits are detailed in your membership agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership. Memberships for minors must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian.
Memberships are valid for the period specified in your plan (typically 1 year). Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Membership fees are due at the time of purchase or renewal. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment systems. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
We reserve the right to modify membership fees. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before your renewal date.
Members have access to unlimited consultations at our health hubs and online consultation services. Appointments are subject to availability.
Coverage for medical bills and hospitalization is subject to the limits and conditions specified in your membership plan. Pre-authorization may be required for certain services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighCare Health Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
Our Services provide access to healthcare professionals, but we do not practice medicine or provide medical advice directly. All medical decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
