One membership for the entire family
A single purchase covers the buyer and up to 5 additional family members — 6 in total.
- A single purchase covers the buyer and up to 5 additional family members (6 in total).
- Eligible members: spouse, children, parents, and parents-in-law, each added with name, age, and relationship.
- All members share the same unlimited consultation benefit; there is no per-person or per-consultation charge.
- Members can be added or replaced during the first 30 days only; after that the list is locked.
- Each member keeps a separate medical record, so consultations, prescriptions, and reports stay private to that member.
Terms and notes
- For non-emergency, primary care only. In a life-threatening emergency, call an ambulance or go to a hospital.
- This is a consultation plan. It is not health insurance and does not pay hospital bills.
- Taxes (GST), refund rules, and renewal terms are to be finalised before launch.
