At HighCare Health Services, we strive to provide excellent healthcare services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for membership fees and consultation charges.
New members may cancel their membership within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been utilized during this period.
After the cooling-off period, membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances (such as relocation outside our service area or serious illness preventing service use), we may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
If we are unable to provide the services outlined in your membership agreement due to circumstances within our control, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
If you cancel an online consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of the consultation fee (₹3,500).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will incur a 50% cancellation fee. You will receive a refund of ₹1,750.
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
If technical issues on our end prevent the consultation from taking place, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund requests are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and resolve it within 14 business days. Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, as this may delay resolution.
While memberships are generally non-transferable, in certain circumstances (such as family emergencies or relocation), we may allow you to transfer your membership to another eligible individual. Please contact customer support to discuss transfer options.
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact our customer support team. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
